     Wuhan University of Technology Ship CO., LTD. was founded on 10th, September, 2015, with the registered capital of 30 millions. It is a high-tech enterprise, which is based upon Wuhan University of Technology and industrializes the long-termed research crystals in Naval Architecture and marine engineering, put research and design all together with ship manufacturing.
     The company is invested and organized by the following cofounders: Wuhan Tiangao Welding CO., LTD.  (stock code:831559)、Wuhan University of Technology Industrialization Group、Wuhan Nanhua Industrial Equipments Engineering CO.,LTD.(stock code: 832699), as well as famous professors and core technician team in the field of high speed ship manufacturing.
     Brief introduction of the core technical team:
     Wu Weiguo, from Wuhan University of technology, where he is chief professor and doctoral tutor of the Naval Architecture and marine engineering, which is the national key discipline; the member of the Wuhan University Party committee, and the academic committee; the technique supervisor of Wuhan University of Technology Ship CO., LTD; the technical director of Wuhan shipbuilding industry and Trade Co., Ltd. and the President of East China Ship Design and Research Institute, chairman of Hubei river-sea-trough industrialization team.
     Concurrent posts: the member of National Maritime board standing committee、the “national defense scientific research plan” experts Committee、the national high-tech ship research program” experts committee、China Classification Society (CCS) Technical Committee、Lloyd's Register of Shipping(LR)technical committee、Chinese Fishing Vessel Inspection Agency Technical Committee;the dean of the ship inspection committee, the director of the state committee; the expert of National Science and technology Award Evaluation, the Chinese people's Liberation Army Navy Warship Equipment Technical Support; the leader of the ship vibration and dynamic impact study group of China Institute of shipbuilding
     He has long been engaged in the research of new ship types, the prediction and the control vibration of ship noise, and the teaching and scientific work on the ultimate strength and the reliability of ship structures. In all kinds of academic publications, he has delivered above 200 papers, acquired the more than 10 invention patents, and supervised over 100 doctoral, master students. Meanwhile, he presided over the national "863" project, the national defense basic research, the national support program and provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects. He won the second、the third prizes of the national science and technology progress award, and four provincial and ministerial awards.
     In 2013, he took the responsibility of developing and upgrading “river-sea-through multi-purpose ship” to the world level, which was the high-tech ship special item of Ministry of Industry and Information. Currently, he also chaired the research and development of “energy-efficiency and environmental friendly river-sea-through container ship ", whereby he combines the research fruits with ship building, in the hope of solving the direct transportation from Wuhan Newport to Shanghai Da Yangshan,Xiao Yangshan Port, and Ningbo Zhoushan port.
     Zhou Ruiping, Ph.D., Professor and Doctorial Supervisor of Department of Energy and Power Engineering, and the dean of the Department of thermal energy engineering, Wuhan University of Technology. Concurrent posts: the member of the electromechanical committee of China Classification Society Technical Committee, the National Marine Machinery Standardization Technical Committee, and the trustee of Hubei Internal Combustion Engine Association. He has long been engaged in the CAD of marine power plant, the economy and reliability of marine power plant, marine power system's vibration and noise control. He has published the shipbuilding industry standard “Marine Propulsion Shafting Alignment (CB/Z 338-2005)”, “the ship diesel engine shafting torsion vibration calculation (CB / 214-2013)”. He has possessed 10 copyrights, such as, ship propulsion shafting torsion vibration, whirling vibration, longitudinal vibration, shaft alignment calculation of computer software, and he won 2 invention patents, 4 utility model patents, published more than 40 research papers, of which 13 were included in SCI, EI, ISTP.
     Chen Keqiang, the professor of School of Transportation of Wuhan University of Technology, has long been engaged in the research of ships’ hydrodynamic performance, the theory and teaching of developing the new ship types. Presiding over the national science and technology research projects 863, international cooperation projects and a number of provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, he was as the main participant in the special three projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has accomplished more than 200 hydrodynamic performance tests and the real ship forecasts of high speed crafts and all kinds of transport ships. Team members work together to combine the numerical simulation and model test, and to be committed to the development of high performance ships and efficient propellers. Professor Chen has published over 20 papers, and 2 utility patents.
     Cai Wei, the Ph.D.; the professor of School of Transportation of Wuhan University of Technology, the deputy director of the green ships and marine equipment technology research center, studying abroad in Japan, Holland. Engaged in research of green ships’ R & D and intelligent design technology, he presided over the projects of Ministry of industry and information, national compass project, and a number of national longitudinal study and ship hull development projects of the Hubei Province Natural Science Fund. Professor Cai has published articles over 30 articles both at home and abroad, applied for 8 patents and software copyrights, and won 4 patents as well as 1 software copyright.
     Pei Zhiyong, Ph.D., Chutian scholar, the director of the Department of Ocean Engineering of the Transportation School, Wuhan University of Technology. Concurrently, the member of China Institute of shipbuilding of Ship Mechanics Committee, Japan shipbuilding society, international offshore and Polar Engineering Association, and Asia Pacific ship structure technical committee; the editor of International Journal IJOPE and JMST. 2005, he got doctorate in the structural systems engineering of Hiroshima University, and worked on the lightweight structure and structural safety in the Japan Stone Shipbuilding Corporation, where in 2008, he started being served as the director of the Isum project. By the end of 2012, as a high-level talent, he was introduced to the Traffic School of Wuhan University of Technology; 2013, he was approved as "Chutian scholar" by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. Professor Pei focuses on the basic theoretical research and applied research work of the hull structure lightweight design, hull load, the ultimate load carrying capacity and ship structure monitoring online. As a technical consultant, he guided the design of the 6600t coastal bulk cargo ship which was popular with its light structure, large load, low fuel consumption by the shipping market, and the ship was the first to be issued the green ship certificate by the Chinese Classification Society. He published more than 20 articles in the international journals and international conferences, and applied for 5 patents.
     Liu Weiqin graduated from Tokyo University as Ph.D., in 2014. As a high-level talent introduction to the School of Transportation of Wuhan University of Technology, He mainly focuses on the basic theory and Application Research of ship structure ultimate strength, water elastic and elastic plastic, and has profound research and achieved a series of achievements in the safety and reliability of hull construction.
     Li ziru graduated from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands as PHD in 2012. After that, he was introduced to the Transportation School of Wuhan University of Technology as a high-level talent, mainly engaged in ship hydrodynamic performance research. He was especially expert in the research of propeller cavitation and erosion mechanism with fruitful publications in international journals.
     Zhou Lilan, PHD, and the lecturer of The Transportation School, got further study Delft University of Technology. She is mainly engaged in the related research work of ship hydrodynamic performance and form optimization. She presides over one National Natural Science Fund project, as a key member of the national "863" project, and participates in the horizontal topic research project supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a number of longitudinal national projects and lateral enterprises’ study of the doctorial program from the Ministry of Education, which is the special scientific research fund project. At home and abroad: more than 10 scientific research papers, 3 patents.
     He wei, Ph.D., lecturer the Transportation School, he is mainly engaged in ship propeller (marine propeller, special propulsion, energy saving appendages) and hydrodynamic performance. Presiding over the completion of propeller design and paddle repair of hundreds of all kinds of ships, he is gets good reviews from customers. He has published more than 10 papers, and got 1 utility model patent.
     Qin Jiangtao, PHD, the lecturer of The Transportation School, he is mainly engaged in marine water power performance numerical and experimental prediction method, new ship type development and optimization and so on. He presides over the completion of the bulk carrier, container ship, River-sea-through ship, luxury passenger ship, yacht, geophysical survey vessel, ocean fishing boats and other dozens of ships’ hydrodynamic prediction and line optimization.
