100t Fishery Administration Ship

     WUT SHIP undertake the design of 100t fishery administration ship for the Ocean and Fishery Bureau in 2016, the ship was absorbed the excellent fishing boats’ layout both at home and abroad, and kept its speed and seaworthiness according to the requirements of the owner.
     The ship is a coastal fishery administration law enforcement vessel, which is mainly used for management tasks of the Ocean and Fishery Bureau. This ship is of welded steel hull & superstructure with single deck, raked bow, transom stern, raised forecastle and aft skeg. It is driven by two marine diesel engines with twin high effect propellers and two half-balance suspended rudders. The ship is single deck as a whole.
     The main optimization design of the ship is reflected in the following aspects:
     1) In order to reduce the vibration and noise, the ship is equipped with a streamlined double armed shaft bracket, and the key parts are installed with noise insulation materials;
     2) The superstructure is with rib plate, which can be effectively controlled the welding deformation, and improve the linear;
     3) In order to prevent the propeller from winding up fishing net, the shaft bracket is equipped with retaining arm.
     4) Chongqing Cummins’ high speed diesel engine is applied, for its high degree of integration, small volume, light weight, convenient for operation and maintenance.
     5) The air conditioning system adopts imported multi split air conditioning units. Meeting rooms, cab and dining room are embedded in ceilings with air conditioner, which is good-looking and no space wasting. The others are accommodated with indoor hanging air-conditioner units. The whole ship air conditioning system is reasonable, convenient in use and maintenance.
     6) of electrical communication and navigation equipment for further optimization and meet the class II offshore navigation area, A1+A2 sea equipment configuration requirements, main communication and navigation equipment are selected well-known foreign brand, excellent performance, use and maintenance are protected.
     7) The main switchboards, general charging and discharging devices, the electric box load switches, and main switches are selected from international brands – Schneider. We also analysis failure mode and effect of power system, Precise design can avoid the failure of the system, and enhance the reliability and stability of the system.
     8) The degree of centralization of monitoring room in the engine room is further improved, and the main equipment parameters and fault condition can be displayed in the monitoring room, which can further reduce the workload of the engine room staff.
     9) In order to be convenient for the captain to observe the condition of the equipments in the engine room during driving, berthing at or leaving from the dock, the vessel is equipped with color cameras in the engine room, at the starboard and portside as well as the LED display in the wheelhouse respectively. At the same time, a 24-hour outdoor camera is set for fishery law enforcement forensics on the roof.
     The ship design, simple but dignified, which has a certain deterrent effect of the government, lives up to the name of fishery law enforcement.
