The barge is used for law enforcement and berth on water, of which the structure and stability comply with the regulations of inland water navigating zone.  It is non-propelled anchoring ship, which is the monohull, single deck Symmetric sleigh – shaped bow and stern with 3 level deckhouse and steel structure. The hull structure is designed strictly abided by “Steel Regulation”, with transverse frame, grade A steel. The linear is simple but modern and solemn.
