On the early morning of March 29, 2017, WUT Ship inspection team reached the state of Mihwa along with us was Mr. Xu fan, the chief of Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s office of the Embassy of the PRC in the Federated States of Micronesia.

On the morning of March 29, the two sides held a coordination meeting with the the state government to fully communicate on the work plan of the inspection team. Persons who attend the meeting, are the following: The state Deputy Governor James Yangetmai, Governor's Office, State Department of Transportation and other departments responsible and the captain of Hapilmohol1, chief engineer and so on. In the afternoon, accompanied by secret personnel, the inspection group board on to carry out investigation and evaluation work.
