On the morning of April 6, 2017, the president of the federal government, Christian Krishna, met with the WUT Ship investigation team. The ambassador to the United States Li Jie, government counselor Li Cuiying, director of the Office of the President of the Federal Leo Falcam, Assistant Foreign Minister Jackson Soram and Mr. Xu fan, the chief of Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s office of the Embassy of the PRC in the Federated States of Micronesia attended the meeting. The following are the same as the “Mr. Tan Zusheng, the delegation chief, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the President of and briefed on the inspection work in Yap State and Chuuk State.

The President understands the status quo, the problems and causes of the two ships, and asked about the technical details and came up with her views and suggestions. Finally, she expressed her gratitude for the work of the inspection team and hoped to further deepen bilateral economic and technological cooperation.
